The sales rep must update the following fields (if missing)

➡️ Sales Details: Be as detailed as you can - this is where you let the CAM know everything about the sale!

➡️ Contact Source (if not already known)
➡️ Services Needed (mandatory)
➡️ Service Level (mandatory, This will determine who is the Cleaner, the BAM and the Coder)
➡️ Any Information Available under Contact Fields (Website, State, Zip Code, Email, Phone etc)
➡️ Services Provided: (Industry | Service only or Products only or Both)
➡️ Which QBO? (Bookkeeping | Tax | Client
➡️ Coding / Cleanup / Financials Notes (if applicable)
➡️ Tax Status
➡️ Tax Form (s)
➡️ Tax Client
➡️ TX Prop Accepted Date
➡️ Tax Year (s)
➡️ Tax Notes if any
➡️ MRR
➡️ Billing Platform
➡️ QBO Billing
➡️ BK Prop Accepted Date
➡️ # of TX Days
Lastly, move the Project to the “OnB” Stage!
